My name is Laura Hall. I am a firm believer in preventative medicine. I believe that food is medicine and, with proper knowledge, food can heal the body, mind and soul. Your body is your temple and if you don’t fuel it properly, it cannot run at an optimal level. Would you put low-grade fuel in a high end sports car? No! Then why do the same for your body? The combination of whole food nutrition, exercise and stress-reducing techniques are medicine! They help make ourselves feel better, look healthier, perform better, reduce stress, improve sleep, and prevent disease. My aim is to conquer your goals by fueling the mind, body, and spirit with healthy, delicious food, fitness plans, and stress-reduction techniques that cater to your individual needs and goals. Laura is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist and Yoga Teacher. She has certifications as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Meditation Specialist. She is also certified in Barre, Spinning and Megaformer.
